It is not really large enough for whale skinning but for some reason when I look at it I think, Whale? I call it the Nemo pattern.
It started as my attempt to hammer out a Nesmuk but because I am not real good at all this it came out as a skinner. The blade sat for a few months because I was not sure I liked it but now that I put scales on it the knife is growing on me. What do ya think? 4.5" blade - 1.5" at it's deepest point and a 4" handle. Makes me wish I had a whale to Skin Bobby, I like it. You sure are finishing up some blades lately. Good job and have fun.
