The Phil Parker Primitive Rendezvous will be held June 6 & 7, 2009 at the Mt. Bayou Lake Boy Scout Ranch.
It will be a weekend of bow making, flint knapping and all things primitive archery related. We'll have a twenty target 3d range and award prizes for the top three primitive-bow shooters.
Check out the Louisiana Traditional Bowman web page location info.
We will Pass a Good Time for sure.

Oh no, I'll be in Ohio! Guess I'll miss it this year. That's bogus, I am in need of some serious help.

Sorry Leo for the late reply, I don't check this this section as often as I should.
Went well, did not have the numbers this year as in the past due to having two other shoots the same weekend. We are going to move the expo back a week next year as a lot of our group go to the Howard Hill and thats a big shoot.
We had about 16 folks during the weekend with a new member and his son. No one built any bows but we had arrow demo's, flint napping, and lots of good advice and stories. The shoot was good and the results should be posted soon on the web page.
