Anyone ever come across Zircote veneers or handle stock? I found a small piece at a woodworking show and it made a beautiful knife handle. Very hard and dense!

Here's a bow I made for a guy in Ireland. The bow has ziricote veneers under clear glass in the limbs

That is pretty! Did you purchase the veneer or cut or???

I have a major veneer dealer right here in my area but even though they have a huge stock, they don't list any zircote. Maybe a call is in order.

I have veneer sheets as well as a few blocks to make risers.
