Well, I glued it down, waited a few days and strung it up. There is a hinge there but I drew it about 22" and didn't have any trouble. Its a beautiful piece of wood so I backed it with "faux" snake skin and will put a leather grip on it and finish it. Its a "wall-hanger". Picture coming when its done.
