Another sleepless night inducing more bow questions.
First how much difference if any would a product called lazer tran have on the front of the limbs. Lazer tran is a waterslide printable transfer. I'm thinking of trying it on a hickory backed bow. Probrably going to get some and do a test run.
Next question is if I wanted to do an actual painting with fine detail on the front, what type of paint should I use. Also should I laquer the front first then paint then laquer again. Should this be done before I do final tiller or finish the bow then paint?

I don't know anything about the laser tran. On the painting I'd want the bow finished as far as tillering . I hear shellac finish will let almost everything stick to it. I use true oil finish and put acrylic paint on for names and etc. and cover it with more true oil. Ron

The lazertran is an interesting product that would be great for putting pictures on the bow. I'm ordering some and giving it a go.
