Did you know that Miss Kim’s Cookies is more than a name, it is actually Trad Gang Corporations? You may want to go back and refresh about yesterday’s fact on Miss Kim’s Cookies, because we are going to pick back up with the interview from JC. JC went on to say that “The next year, the cookies went for even more...and Kim decided to send out a couple dozen...sending cookies to anyone who matched the high bid. I think she sent out 5-10 dozen that year...and a lot more money than we ever thought was raised. I think it was the following year, Joe Lasch and Vance Brewer approached Miss Kim and asked if she would be willing to go along with a good natured plan to start a corporation...MK LLC, Miss Kim's cookies. Folks bought into the corp with "shares", just to put the whole bid down at one time on the one dozen. They placed titles on each other: (Here’s a list that I obtained off a 2008 thread –

Miss Kim - Production Manager
Vance Brewer ( Iron Bull) - C.E.O. (2 shares)
Joe Lasch (Whip) - C.F.O.
Jeff Springer (Tippit) - V.P. - Consumption
Rob Peel (Robtattoo) - Head of Legal Affairs
Dick Easter (Rabbitman) - Chief Security Officer
Kevin Bahr - V.P. - Quantity Control Officer
Doug Campbell - Audit Manager
Walt Francis - VP - Weights and Measures
Dave Tice (Tique) - Chief Engineer
Brent Bassi (bbassi) - VP- Credit Administration
Ron Andrews (BigRon)- Kitchen Maintenance
Tim Roberts - Corporate Training
Gregg Dudley - VP-Leisure Activities
Andrew Reniff (Drewsbow) VP-Research/Development
Steve Tottingham (Curveman) - Compliance Officer
Mel Riley (Irish) - VP- Human Resources
Skyler Wilson - President
Brent McCormick (Hormoan) - Corporate Communications Officer
Steve Osminski (Steve O) - Design Engineer
Dave Stinson (Hunt It) - Corporate Hit Man
John Vernachio (Third Eye) – Biochemist

Plus other sharholders that bought into the Corp.

JC went on to say that the Cookie War just snowballed and became the funniest bunch of ribbing and poking at each other you've ever seen. I really don't remember how much that brought that year...$1K maybe? Insane...but not about the cookies, the cookies were just a conduit and an excuse to outbid your buddies.”

Speaking about 1K, stay tuned tomorrow to learn another fact about Miss Kim’s Cookies.

yep, it happened, forever enshrined in the TG history books. Unfortunately we got out bid in the end by some organization that was likely backed by......never mind.

Best part is, we all turned in our bid, cookies or not.

Bottom line: THE KID WON!!!!!!!
