Terry, I would like to offer the following for auction:

Auction for Chris's kids:

60 inch Toelke Takedown Whip (bow bolt), 52@26, comes with takedown cover and two extra strings. I would say that the bow looks almost brand new except it has one slight cosmetic spot just down from one tip. I cover shipping.

Carlton Carter AKA Sharptop

I'm going to post the close dates and time soon on these auctions....and if the winner would please make out the check to Larry Surtees, but send the check to me at TradGang's address I'd sure appreciate it.

I'm going to send all the checks I receive from the actions and mail along with a check from Trad Gang for all the PayPal I have received in one package along with something else. I am going to UPS it so I can track it and may sure they all get delivered.

TradGang....PO Box 997....Resaca GA 30735

Or, you can pay by PayPal to the link below and please put in the comment box what it is for.

PayPal for Chris Surtees

Thanks.

Let the bidding begin....

Leaving on PowWow for now

I have 4 Toelke's already and 3 are bowbolt 2pc or else I'd be all over this!

The quest to improve is so focused on a few design aspects & compensating for hunter ineptness as to actually have reduced a bow & arrow’s effectiveness. Nothing better demonstrates this than mech. BHs & speed fixated designs

If my shoulder could take the weight this would be a no brainer...and a takedown, real nice bow.....

I know that is an awesome bow because I believe I am the original owner, at least it looks like it and has identical woods and specs. I can go to $375 but hopefully it goes for much much higher, for a great cause.

Yes, Carl it has your name on it. Could you offer a description of the woods?

This bow has a cocobola riser with beautiful canary wood backing that Dan found, with bamboo core. The only reason I sold it was I thought I was a recurve guy but now I am back to longbows. I have a new 1 piece Whipbow now. I hope this bow sells for a whopper but it would be good to see this bow again,
Carl

This is a steal! Some one needs to snap this up before I have to (or more precisely five)!
