Saturday is the Clout and Wand shoot, Sunday is the 3d shoot with shotgun start and broadheads. If you've not shot the clout and wand before it is worth it to shoot Saturday. I've felt fortunate to to have scored at all shooting the wand round.

If you go both it's fun. You can shoot the clout and wand whenever on Saturday so go later, spend the night and you won't miss the shotgun start. It's a fun shoot. Usually plenty warm.

This was on the Traditional Archers of Oregon Pope & Young flyer. FWIW
Bows for Men, Women, Youth must draw 40# at archers draw length. One bow must be used for all events. One set of broadhead (2 blade preferred) tipped arrows must be used for all events (except cubs). If you choose to shoot for fun, you do not need to follow rules listed for competition.
