Nice job. You sure do have a late season there.
Good looking bird and bow. Now cut the breast meat into chicken like strips. Use the batter you like the best (half flour half cornstarch) add your fav spice and water to make a paste) Fry and use Ranch dressing for dipping

Late season gobbler is about one of the toughest trophies to take I can think of. Great story Dave, well done.
