The Westvang’s of Dryad Bow fame have purchased the Helle knife distributorship. Their website is up and they are ready to ship orders.
It is with mixed emotions I make this announcement. We enjoyed selling quality Helle knives and met many great folks over the last 3 years. Life has been too busy with not enough time for hunting, fishing, bow building, and such.
Kyle and I extend our sincere thanks for your business and we enjoyed your friendships. May our paths cross somewhere down the road. Best of luck to all.

Good luck to you Chad! Thanks for your service and product in the past. I made a small order tonight and discovered the ownership change. Best of luck also to Mike and Jason. Mike

I look forward to working with everyone with the new business. It is such a great fit with Dryad Bows with both the finished products and the blanks. We have our new booth in hand and will be on the road in just a few days to Compton. Look for both Helle Knives and Dryad Bows there.
I tell ya we have to thank Chad for all the help during this transition. It sure has been hard not telling until we got the website up and working. And the order process has been kinda crazy over the past few weeks. Things should settle down now.
Look for some new things on the website. We are looking at some multiwood combos for handle blanks and some different woods also.

Sorry to hear that Chad, but glad to see some fella Tradgangers and upstanding guys (and one special gal) like the Westvangs getting the business.
What are you going to do with all that spare time now? especially in Montana where there is nothing to hunt or fish LOL

Best knife I've ever owned is the Fjellman I bought about 3 years ago. I feel like I have a lightsaber in my hand when I'm using it. Really like the classic look of #30 from the anniversary series.
Best of luck Chad, thanks for the help and patience on the kit blade order from a couple of years ago. Now I should get around to putting it together finally...

Sounds like a good deal for all parties. Can't wait to get a new knife to match my new bushwacker bow now. Good luck to both Chad and Mike and family.

Chad, I just wanted to say thanks for donating the knife blanks for the dryad bows hunt. I had a lot of fun finishing the handle and the sheath. Good Luck with everything. Brent Driggers
