Rick,Awesome story and pictures.Thats a great looking ranch.I was there in May for the CBH state Broadhead shoot.Your hog is a real nice trophy, congrats!!!

Congrats on that hog. My uncle used to work on the Tejon ranch for 20 years. Used to spend time during the summers there. There are several bunk house on the ranch, and they are as well build as that one. Cowboys used them right up to the 1950's. Congrats again.

I'm looking at hunting tejon this spring. There are group archery hunts offered. I'll post a topic to see if i can generate some interest! Possibly early March. the pictures look awesome!

Tejon Cattle Ranch is still a working cattle ranch. In the spring they round up the heifers and calves for branding and vaccinations. That is why it is closed to hunting.
