Has anyone tried shooting a 4-blade Magnus Stinger 125 as a 2-blade? Can you simply take out the bleeder and reassemble the head? I need to drop point weight and was wondering if this would work. As a 2-blade the weight is 115gr. which gives me a good tune with my set-up.

The head is designed to have the bleeders installed, removing them will compromise the integrity of the head, removing them is not recommended by either me or Magnus.

You might want to try the Magnus Stinger 4-blade in the 100gr.

Thanks for the input. 10-4 on the 4-blade 100gr. I just have several of the 125s already and was wondering about shooting without the bleeder.

10grains really shouldn't make that much difference to your setup. Most folks can shoot a point weight range of probably +/- 50gn with virtually no discernable difference in impact point.
If 10gn is affecting your arrow tune that much, I would respectfully suggest that you possibly have problems elsewhere.
