My boys asked if we could go stumping and shed hunting today. I said of course! So we got dressed, grabbed our bows and headed to one of the properties that I hunt. We didnt find any shed's but Chase found an old doe skull and we had alot of fun shooting. Here are a few pictures from our outing.

This one is of them both shooting at the same stump

Chase at full draw

Chase and the skull he found
 -

Brennon shooting at the root system of a tree that a storm took out, between 2 other tree's with the arrow in flight.

Another one of Brennon and a center punch.

We had a blast today. We also ran into a flock of turkey's with some nice toms in the mix..bring on turkey season [Smile]

Looks like fun. Great form. I see so many adults these days that don't even come close to full draw, so it's nice to see that they had some training. Good work.

Great pictures Shad. Thanks for sharing. My two boys and I used to do alot of stumping when they were about that age. They're grown and living 2 hrs. away and we don't get to spend as much time together anymore. Your pictures bring back great memories. Thanks again.
