MSwickard: It is shooting great with 30" AD Trad Lites, 100 gr brass inserts, 145gr heads.
I've played around with some CE Heritage 150's but the Trad Lites are working so well I just decided to keep things simple.
I've also shot sitka spruce arrows that are spined 65-69. They fly well but are significantly lighter overall.
The bow came with a pretty beefy string so I may twist up a smaller diameter string some time just for comparison.

I really feel close to doing something with the Dwyers. Those limb tips must be some of the neatest in the business. And a string keeper is included with the bow, a nice touch I think. That's a beauty, Lost Arra.

Also, a very nice bow stringer is included.
With those beautiful limb tips Dave wants there to be no reason not to use a stringer. Posts: 2688 | From: Oklahoma | Registered: Jul 2004
