With diesel prices going up this will help we get into the woods for a fraction of the cost. Hopefully latter this year Ill show you a picture with some meat on there.

I would put that in a PVC tube instead of a sock. I have done the same thing when I bought a bow at a meet or a garage sale. Whatever works!!!

Will the rear tire throw much mud/water? A more impervious material in the bow sock might help if you think it'll get wet. The fleece looks as if it is going to get pretty mudded up.

Been thinking of doing the same, only on my Harley to go to 3D's. Maybe somebody's got a pic with a street bike? Thinkin' a PVC tube might be the ticket.

It is a work in progress in my picture it is just fastened with wire ties I am leaning towards a leather pocket I so I can slide it in and out from the back. The rack came from cycleracks.com and he said it would hold 200 lbs.
