Fantastic bull and a great story. Sounds like the bow and arrow combo were some pretty powerful medicine to do that much damage.

I am afraid I'd be more like Steadman:"my mind went blurry. I don't remember picking a spot, heck I don't remember even picking the moose. I watched helplessly as my arrow sailed harmlessly over her back! There you have it, I admit to missing a moose, the biggest target in the lower 48 "..........lol

Mudd, a few years ago I missed two elk doing the same thing, so I feel your pain. I kept picking spots on every elk that got close this year just to keep my mind from going nuts. It was nerve wrecking to say the least and they may have been a little luck involved but ill take it.
