I hope you all don't mind me bringing up this Doe again.

I called the bowyer this morning. Tim had just come off a Montana mountain from an elk hunt. He was nearly as thrilled as I am with the hunt I detailed above. He advised me I'm the first person besides himself who has killed an animal with his new bow! Of course the bow has just this summer been offered for sale.

Pretty neat to me to do something that is so personally important and it also have a connection with a friend like that! His bow, his broadhead, and his arrow rest!

Ok, I'll stop beating this doe now.

Until next time....good luck to all of you ...especially those trying to decide on the conversion to traditional or not.
