See the pink thing just to the left of the bowquiver hood? That's a bracelet my granddaughter gave me years ago.... worked that time and I try not to leave home without it.

I don't wear it because of superstition. I wear it for the love of a little girl.

Yep. i carry a small urn (its only about 1" by 1") that contains some of my mothers ashes. She passed away back in 2005 from cancer. She truly was a saint...raised 6 kids, got us all through college, and went back and got her own college degree in art! Wonderful woman.

She goes with me on every hunt. For those of you with mothers and fathers still alive....spend as much time with them as you can. You'll never regret the time you spent with them.

I carry several...My kids braided a length of green and black yarn for good luck when they were very small, 4 and 7 yrars old (they are 32 and 29 now) a small plastic turtle my grand babies gave me to keep me safe and remind me to slow down when huntin pics of my family and a small beaded token that was given to me on the pine ridge rez in the early 70's, my freind and employer at the time told me to carry it with me where ever I went on the reservation and no harm would come to me and trouble did not find me when I was there even though it was chaos all around at that time...guess I am a little superstitious, ha

Ive always believed that a lucky charm has to present it self to you, you don't choose an item to be lucky. Ive not had the occasion of that happening.
