Try 71/2 to 8 and it could be the arrow setup

For me you are underspined.Dale Dye are pretty fast bows, you have to start to cut that arrow a little bit.

Dale usually says 8 should be ideal, but experiment. Mine are all at 8 to 8 1/16.

Try Stu's Calculator. It has been spot on for me on every Dye. I always set center cut at 0". Dale cuts them 1/8" past center and his fuzzy strike plate is 1/8".....0.

I mostly use CE Heritage 150/250s with about 250 gr. up front. Think darts!

Build your side plate out a bit and see if that helps.

Yeah if you can stiffen up your arrows try that. I've never messed with any of my Dyes rest and they shoot like darts. Keep trying you'll get it. [archer2]

Did the 125 grain head also have the 100 grain insert? With a 30 inch arrow I would say you are still underspined.

One of my trails end I shoot 340 29.5 long 225 up front @67#

I sold my LH 55# Dale Dye a few years ago and I have been looking for another ever since. Lefties don't come up for sale very often. Great bows!

Use Stu Millers Dynamic Spine Calculator to get you the point weight and then give it a try. I know I have 28" GT 55/75 with a 50gr brass insert and 200 grain head flying out of my 55lb palmer perfectly. I think even with the 125gr point you are underspined. You probably need a 75gr point with those 100gr inserts.
