What actual length string does a 60" Morrison Cheyenne Recurve take? I never guess anymore (haven’t in a very long time) as I’m almost always wrong. I’ve seen recurve strings 2-4” shorter than AMO so I figured I’d ask.

Thanks,

Josh

Not sure if it helps Josh but my Bear takes a 54" string and it is 58" AMO. And with the brace height I shoot 54" is almost too long.

Josh, My 58" Cheyenne takes a 56" string. So I think a 60" will take a 58" string. Hope this helps, Andy

Since it's a Morrison bow, just call Morrison to get the correct string length for your bow.

Josh,

They will vary but most of the strings we have made for Bob are 3" less than AMO. Some of the older models have been a little longer.

Hope this helps.

God Bless, Pierre

Pierre is correct. I have a 58" Cheyenne and it takes a 55" string Josh.
