Woods is worn slap out and has retired for the evening....
Dragging and skinning are tough on anybody, especially when you are only eleven and it's your first time.
But it's a good story.

Exactly what I was thinking! Glad to know there's something besides charity and cake that get the Sunny Hill's out on the interweb. Looks like that something is Mr. Green.

My son Woods Has been hunting and fishing with me since he was four. There is a picture on my desk right now of when he was five and we were fishing the Cape Romain reef 12 miles offshore. He is about to net a spadefish for me.....
Time sure flies.
He killed his first buck the week of his 10th birthday. Killed his second the next week.
He has been shooting an Ed Mikuta kids longbow since he was six. Last summer I bought him a PCH off the classifieds. It's 50@28. He is drawing it almost 26.
After a few misses last season he put it all together yesterday evening.
I'll let him tell the rest of the story this evening.

You wanta talk lets talk. How would u put it I left at six in the evening and got in my stand the first thing I see is a cottontail rabbit about fifteen minutes later then waited like an hour and the rabbit goes like boo and runs of then thirty minutes later two deer come in and a coon and another deer all does wait five minutes and took a shot sitting and I was loosing light i've seen an eight point buck on a camera and wanted to shoot it but like I said I was loosing light everything took of the coon came back but the deer were starting in and that scared two minutes later I got out of the stand and went home met my dad on the way we went back and found the deer and left to get my three-fourths of a year old black lab named diesel to see if he could find the deer and he did hauled the deer out to the clearing and got my dads truck and hauled the deer to it and we skinned it and cut the meat out and it is in the fridge right now that's it.
