Caleb, I currently own one of St Joes 56" inch recurves and couldn't be happier with it, compact enough for any tree stand or blind. Very quick and forgiving shooter. The best thing about this purchase is the people that are behind making this great bow, Dave and Tracey are 2nd to none and will help you throughout the whole process.

I recently obtained a Toelke take down recurve. It's 56", 57"@27". It's very smooth and stable for a short curve. A friend with a 29.5" draw even liked it. If I was in the market for a new bow I would talk with Dan Toelke about the lynx.

I love love love my Gene Sanders Evolution 52 inch bow. Mine is 52 @ 28 and I draw about about 25 inches. This bow packs a punch and is great in the tree stand. It is also a very nice looking bow and starts around 450 and dressed out like mine is 600. It is deadly quiet too. Gene Sanders is in Dallas Georgia. Rick Johnson has two of these and I shot them so well I ordered one of the exact same weight. We chronographed some bows in the yard a few months ago and the bows similar in speed were ACS.
