I've been down at our little horse farm in Aiken for the last 2 weeks and getting ready to head back to Boston in 24 hour....to New England Cold! The weather has been superb like late spring. I got my forge completed & up running so Benjy & I headed down for a little Southern Comfort hunting the past few afternoons. Benjy shot a hog the 2nd night and I got lucky last night with this big boy...tippit

Scott, He stunk pretty bad but Benjy smelled worse when he got a dose of Boar Urine during our skinning! I grilled a little up tonight and it was great with no strong flavor. It even passed to Molly test
