I use Easton Flatlines .500s. 6.5gpi super fast.Just make sure your bow will shoot light arrows.

Here's what I ordered:
Carbon Tech Whitetail Shafts 25/45 .650 cut at 30.5 (similar to the Epic ST)
125 gr points
10 strand d97 string (may move to the 6 SBD)
Gives me about 8.5gpp (OK per 3 Rivers tech support)

I did use the T. O. from 3 River on a 40# & now a 34#

Just started using easton st. epic 600 fused carbons, and they come in at 6.4 gpi untipped(i have 100 gr. field points on them). They go like rockets off a 40# acs 3pc. Recommend them to anyone doing 3d with lighter bows!
