Very nice! I would like to hear your review too. Today I just ordered a Lynx, a new model longbow he has on his inventory page. The riser is marblewood with wenge flare, antler overlay and myrtle burl veneers.

Thanks. Mike, I saw that Lynx...Very nice! Abe's bows are work of arts.

I was actually wanting a Slynx, when this came up. I'm glad I got this one after I saw it. I'd still like to try a Slynx sometime.

I think I shot daveycrockets Slynx at kazoo. A #51 lb. I have not shot a lot of different bows, but that bow shot unreal. I have been dreaming about it since. Mike what is yor draw lenght?

Tom,

My draw length is right around 29.75".

I'll give a better review after I play with it a while...

Yesterday, when it came in, I shot it some....I just used some arrows that I have fletched up and points that were already on. They are 30.5" CX Heritage 150 with 175 points. Brace height is at 7" and it seems to shoot them pretty good. I believe it will be spine forgiving. I need to try some 400 spine and see how they shoot.

Only bow I can compare it too that is similar is a 47# @ 28" Centaur Chimera. To my eye, it's as quick as the Centaur. Shoots about the same as for as accuracy for me. I like the grip on the Cari-bow better...it's one of the best grips I've felt. It is louder than the Centaur, but Centaurs are really quiet bows. The Cari-bow isn't loud, just louder than the Centaur. Has a "pop" to it at the shot....but playing with the brace height, string, and different arrows will solve this, or as least tone it down some....like said, this is with just some cx 150s I have that was tuned to the Centaur.

Mike

That's a beauty! I find myself frequently drooling over the Cari-bow inventory photos, have to leave the credit card out of reach.

Crema etimoe, never heard of it...very beautiful. I hope you don't mind but I brashly stole a couple of your pics for my "Fabulous bows" archive.
