Hey Gang, Well it's finally here. My hunting partner Ryan Kohatsu just put together his first traditional bowhunting DVD. Here is a brief overview of "INSTINCT".
"Ryan Kohatsu and Ryan Sanpei are just two guys who love to hunt. Hunting all their lives in Hawaii, it was only a matter of time before they crossed paths. After forming a hunting partnership in 2010, they decided to make a full commitment to spot and stalk stickbow hunting for the 2011 year. Knowing that their journey would be filled with life long lessons, they decided to document their candid journey from day one. Lacking confidence in their new endeavor, all they could trust was their INSTINCTS. Being relatively new to filming and stickbow hunting, they tried their best to portray "a day in the life" of hunting in Hawaii with their first DVD. Understandably, they've got a lot to improve on but with a lot of hard work and dedication they're hoping to one day hunt and film with confidence."
Let me know if you have any questions about the DVD. I'll be more than happy to answer them. Please keep in mind that we'll be on a 10 day hunt starting this coming Friday, so communication from then will depend on cell phone coverage in our hunting area.

That looks really good. Ryans on the hunt. And you want to make it better! I did the cat whisker tie-on as per your how-to post and really like it. This will be more of the same, I bet. Good luck.

Done Ryan(and Ryan), I have been waiting for this one. I loved the trailer. I just hope I beat Owlbait to the draw. LOL
