Last Sunday afternoon after church Lori and I got the bows and quivers loaded up to go do some stump shooting. It was a beautiful afternoon.

This leaf in the middle of the road made a good focus point.

We were both close, but no one rattled the leaf. I slammed into a hidden rock,it kind of rattled my Hex.

Walking out the trail we saw this through the brush. Turned out to be a mylar balloon that had run out of gas. Hmmm, bright red and the size of a lung.

Like I said this was a brushy shot. I went first then Lori. Thanks Charlie, she is shooting a Legend Longbow built by Jim Johnson. He also built a few recurves. Nice graceful limbs and it surprises you with 28#25"

Some pretty little flowers along the way. It has been unseasonably warm the last few weeks and everything is way ahead of schedule.
