I sent a Great Plains "Palo Duro" takedown recurve bow that I had purchased used. The grip of the riser felt uncomfortable, when I shot this bow. I explained to them that the right side of the grip of the riser felt like there was a ridge, causing a pressure point in the web of my left hand. The people at Great Plains rounded the right side grip of the riser and refinished it for no charge!!! Now that's what I call customer service!!! I thought maybe some of you may have had similar experiences with Great Plains Bows.

My dad has a SR Swift that he doesn't shoot very often, because of that same ridge causing discomfort in his hand. He will be pleased to know that he can send his riser in and have that ridge sanded down!

After recieving my new bow today from Bill and Linda, I now own 3 Great Plains bows. They are GREAT people and have always been helpful. Can't say enough good things about them.
