The Generosity here never ceases to astonish me.

I came home a few days ago from work and picking my folks up at the airport. They flew in for a few day visit on my Birthday.

When I arrived home there was a long package in my Kitchen.

 -

"I wonder who sent me a birthday gift", I thought.

I turned to my visiting folks and questioned them as if perhaps they sent me another surprise.

There was no names or other markings on the package so I opened it.....

Inside was a very nicely written letter from someone I had made a trade with a few weeks back along with something that Blew my Mind!!

Let me get back to how I met this individual,

He wanted a bow I had. I liked the bow but wasn't ready to part with it. To me the bow was nothing special. It looked nice and I shot it well and I wanted a bear Grizzly from the 60's to shoot. This one was it.

It was a 67 Grizzly. 50 lbs at 28. It had a beautiful hunk of wood and brown glass. It was in all original condition and had some stressing, but not bad.

I had spoke with Him on several occasions and turns out he and I are very similar. I felt a connection early on in our dealings and decided to make the trade, more so because I knew in my heart he should have the bow more than I deserved it. It belonged in his hands.

We traded and I feel I came out better with the trade (as all good trades should be [thumbsup] ) I received something that I was very happy with and I know he received a bow that He wanted as it was made during a special year in his life.

This brings me back to this package.

Kenny AKA "Cookus" is not only a man of his word but he is a Father and a true craftsman.

I will hang your gift with pride and look at it in my man cave with gratitude for the remainder of my life.

For God was in Christ, reconciling the world to himself, no longer counting people’s sins against them. And he gave us this wonderful message of reconciliation.
