My arrows fy great with 190 heads and was trying to decide between tusker concord 190 or ace 200 gn. My arrows are poc. So what are the pros and cons of each. I use a back quiver exclusively so two blade only

I use them both and like them both equally, both are great broadheads.

Can't go wrong. Both are fine heads with a long and well proven track record. If you're a "Buy American made" type, the Ace will have the edge as it's made here. Otherwise, it's honestly a wash.
And nothing at all against our Down Under friends. If I ever get to go on a hunt down there, I will certainly be shooting Tuskers.

I like the ACE, but never tried the tusker. Big on US made, but the aussie's are family.

What about sharpening ease. I file sharpen and can get STOS, zwickey, and woodsman heads shavin sharp. So which one has the edge.

I've never handled a Tusker head, but have heard nothing but great things about them. That being said, I find the 200-grain Ace heads extremely easy to sharpen, and they hold their edge exceptionally well.

I just went through this whole thing too.......I finally had to put the Tuskers on a belt sander and then gave up.
I'm sure there is a really nifty fast way to razor sharpen a Tusker, but I dont know what it is. I do think once you get a Tusker sharp you could shoot it through a cinderblock wall with no bad effects..
Went back to Ace 200's.........sharp in 8 minutes, fly great, and US made.
Just dont buy 'em all, cause I'm gonna need some more.....

I solved that problem: I buy the KME sharp from Tim at Braveheart (sponsor) and then use my KME sharpener and it's slick and eazy to keep Tusker's sharp!
They are almost as hard as the Grizzly...but you're right...I was sharpening other heads every other day in my quiver to keep them sharp.
Not with Tuskers. I think they come with a decent bevel edge now from Tusker, too...but a bit steeper (30*???) vs. the 25 I like from KME and that is about what the Broadhead Pro keeps on easily...25* roughly.

The guy's at tusker look like serious hunters and would get my vote, I plan on getting a set of Deltas to mount on some Surewoods for the coming deer season.
