Lost Creek Legacy that is. Just recieved one of Chad and Susans new Legacy 1 piece longbow and all I can do is say WOWWWWWWW This bow is sleek and slender with a traditional D shape when strung even though it is a R/D bow but after shooting it I quickly found out that this is a FLAT OUT SHOOTER. First a little more on the bow 62" 1 piece, 51@29, riser is Mac ebony with phonelic strip, limbs boo core with red elm veneers under clear glass and this bow is JAW DROPPING Chad also put a thumb rest made of bacote to get perfect hand placement ever time. I am use to shooting recurves that are cut well past center so I was worried about the center cut riser which this is my first, well that worry only lasted about 3 shots until I watched in amazement that all my arrows were going into the center of the dot I was aimimg at 20 yards and very quickly I must say. I guess I was just lucky because I used the same arrow I have set up for my recurves. I quickly set up the chrono to do some speed testin, first arrow 524grs 51@29 4 shoot average 178-180, second arrow 458grs 51@29 4 shoot average 187-189 I was left scratching my head on how a bow could shoot this quick with wood cores and no space age materials. Just to verify the chrono my roomy shoot his compound through it several times due to its know speed which was correct on the chrono. Last but not least lets talk about price [I feel like i just robbed the bank for what I paid for this custom bow ] Chads prices are WELL BELOW MARKET VALUE with what he has to offer. KUDO"S TO CHAD AND SUSAN ON THERE FINE PRODUCTS. [IMG] Posts: 213 | From: UNITED STATES OF TEXAS | Registered: Jan 2012

I'm really glad that you're pleased w/your new "Lost Creek Legacy"!!! I had a really hard time sending it out, as it's a "Lefty" and as such, I felt like it should be my bow. It's always hard to send lefty's out for me personally. Chad

Congrats on the new bow Scott..... I love Mac Ebony.
I second everything you said about Chad. He builds a nice bow, and he stands behind his work....he's not going to be happy with it until the customer is.

That's what I've been telling everybody. One of the best values around. They can have most any of my bows if they're willing to pay the price, but I'll bet nobody would pay what it would take to get my Judge
