Recently, I mistakenly, purchased some LW feathers. I meant to order "RW". Couple hours later, I called Kustom King to revise my "purchase order"...anticipating it was "too late".
Instead, I spoke with a pleasant lady and she said "no problem" we'll take care of it.
Well, I'm a skeptic by nature and I sent them a follow up email to confirm my change request. Kustom King replied within an hour confirming the change request had been taken care of.

Well, heres the scoop: I have made purchases from Kustom King before and on each occasion the item has arrived before I told my wife... [banghead] Also, on this occasion, there was a cinnamon hard candy enclosed...very nice touch, Kustom King"... keep up the good work. [thumbsup]
