Thanks everyone.........in addition to the meals it will provide I'm going to take a shot at a couple of wingbone calls and processing the feathers myself this time......thanks again.

Congratulations, well done! That is a fine looking bird, but a tough little bugger. I suggest cooking him whole in a roaster at 350 degrees with a pack of bacon drapped over the breast and a little water for steam. Will soften him up right nice!
