Add me too please - Dogboy900 has been egging me on to give it a go. (He wants someone to beat. )
So after 100km cross winds and no opportunities over the weekend, raced home Monday at sunset. Had the wonderful wife buy paper plates for me, got the measurements all wrong (will be better next time), had a quick practice, and ended up with this as the dark set in. If I imagine where the circle lines should be I think it is two 6s and two 4s, for 20. That makes me one up on Dogboy if no one else
Had to use flash to take the photo. Also used 3 broadheads and 1 fieldtip, no time for a change. (The background target clearly shows my scatter gun approach at times)
Matt, I like your target. I thought mine looked like a drunk chimp made it, but yours make me feel better about it.
Meilaq, being in the southern hemisphere you need to account for the correolius effect.
I've been following this over the weekend with itchy string fingers. We've got a tropical storm out in the gulf right now and it's been dumping rain since Friday, so no shooting for me. I thought I had a little window of fairish weather on Saturday so I grabbed the bow and headed into the yard, but the archery gods weren't having it and greeted me with a fresh downpour and tree branches coming down all around, so I retreated back inside. You guys bringing up the rear better watch out, cause I'm coming. Posts: 965 | From: Tampa, FL | Registered: Aug 2011

Went out this morning before our week of rain got started. Thought I had some plates...I'll pick some up on the way to work this afternoon.
Felt pretty good after the first three shots. The ol' "counting the chickens before they're hatched" thing. Then the kneeling shot...28 pts.

gringol- It would be MUCH appreciated if you sent that rain up here to western KS and all of CO! WOW it is HOT and dry here.
I'm going to go get some plates tonight and shoot just before the sun goes down. I've been waiting on this heat wave to snap but it's looking like its going to be 100+ for over a week. So I guess I'll just have to tough it out. Good shooting everybody!

ouch! 100+ sounds painful! Truth is we really need the rain here as well, it's just the all at once part that is messing things up. The rain has let up today, but now the wind is doing about 40mph...

8 and 4 and 4 and miss 16 no excuses, except maybe it's my new heavier bow.
