I just thought I would let you guys know about my experience with I believe (Dave) at Simmons Broadheads. I gave him a call and while the phone was ringing I thought CRAP its Sunday and im bothering this guy, anyway he answers the phone in a very friendly matter and answers every question I had and also gave me some pointers. I thought man here I am going to get just broadheads and this guy treated me better than some bowyers that I paid over $1,000 for a bow. I just want to thank Simmons for the great customer service KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!!

I had essentially the same experience. I hope I treat my customers as well as he does.

Just talked with him onthe phone. Ordered some bleeder blades on accident, he recoginized that I might not need them and the HE called ME to see if I did or not. I didn't, so he took them off the order.
We had a good little chat for awhile too. Great guy, really believes in his product.
