Chilly here this morning, Traditionally I would hunt this week (or last week) with my dad and brother at the family farm. They are there now and I have 8 more to go before I can join them. The suspense is killing me. Today will draaaaag out and feel like the longest day ever.

Thanks Chuck Saw a lot of deer and a Bear which is odd for that part of the state. None were shot at, a few big ones were seen but something (like normal) always seems to mess things up.

Seems like no other Wisconsin Traditional Bowhunters visit here much... either that or they just dont have updates.... lol

Bucks are still rutting pretty decent.

I will say I must have had a bug this past weekend. A severe headache and a sour stomach made it hard to enjoy hunting to its fullest.

No updates from northwest Wisconsin. Was hoping to make the most of my vacation, but as life goes my hunting time was limited to only two mornings. Went yesterday and saw a basket buck, played cat and mouse with him for an hour and half while still hunting but never had him under 40 yards, he finally had enough and blew out of there. Hoping the orange army doesn't run everything out of the area.

I didn't post it here because I don't have a third party picture hosting account.
But I did get lucky on Nov. 3rd. Anyone able to post a pic for me?

That is a beautiful deer! Congratulations Whip.

My Grandfather is from Jump River Wisconsin, so I've been dropping by. Good luck everyone.
