Mark I don't know what she had done, but I had a lamenectomy done...and was up walking within a few hours...
However, no bending, twisting, lifting or turning... man, even getting in and out of bed had specific criteria and processes that HAD to be adhered to...risk being scar tissue doing creating pressure just relieved by surgery rmoving arthritic deposits.
The "following orders" is so critical. Please encourage her to be ever mindful of the do's and don'ts... get lots of walking in if that's the prescription and nothing that is to be avoided.
Prayers for speedy recover and to follow the rules!
So glad to read she's walking and pain free!

thanks, all I WANT FOR NOTHING, just for my twin sister to get better:( please know how much I appreciate all your prayers....my kids wont be here for christmas either, please pray for me too... ....mark

Cathy is doing good , walking pain free, surgery seems like its working ... AAAAAAAAAAAAAThankyou ...Lord Jesus...thanks to all , and Merry Christmas to yall...
