Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside thoroughly used up, totally worn out, with bible in hand and loudly proclaim...WOW...What a Ride!!!

I'm going to follow the Dr's orders to the letter. I might miss the early part of the season but I hope, God willing to be back out for October and November.

I feel pretty grateful to have had things move this quickly. The sooner I get fixed up the sooner I can spend time with the people I love and do the things I like to do with them.

Again thank you for all your kindness and thoughts and prayers.

Hi Trad Gang Friends,

I did have my surgery July 9 and Dr said everything was good. So after almost a month recovering I saw the Dr today and he told me that I can go back to work August 20 with no restrictions.

I am feeling much better but still not 100% but tomorrow I will see how I can draw back a bow starting with a 25 lb recurve and then maybe on TS Mag.

My archery season starts in about a month and I hope I can make the opener. If not I can wait it out a bit longer.

Thanks to everyone for your prayers and positive comments here.

Larry

Hang in there...

Pushing too fast only results in major set backs and more time lost than if you go slow!

let your body (next day) be your guide...what feels good doing might suck in stereo next day so take it easy and let tomorrow tell you what was best! [Smile]

Continues prayers for progress and patience!
