I am doing a pass around bow that is AMO 62" 79#@28". This bow has bamboo cores with double set of carbons over bamboo with bocote veneers in a T/D model three piece. The handle is cocobolo/bocote with glass inlays. I will post some pics of the bow once I have it sprayed. It is a smooth shooter and will have a 50's style grip that Matt Hamilton has recommended to me. The grip is a medium style and shelf is cut to center. Thanks and good shooting, Dave Hitman Custom Longbows

Is there any interests there and you should have at least 100 posts and positive feedback. I am taking the top 15 first come basis. I will be talking with Matt as he is the first on list to decide on the top 15.

Is this posted with the idea that it would be taken to Africa? I'm planning trips for October and again next July.

I wouldn't be opposed to this if you would feel confident bringing it along. I would ask if others would be in along with this but I think it's a great idea. Let's here from others on this and see what they think.

This thread is slow Joe. You might want to suggest similar in the Pow Wow category? I also think folks would jump at your offer! Great bow for someone to try before going all the way to Africa wondering.

Too bad it's not a lefty. This a great opportunity for someone to try out a heavy takedown.
