I'm headed your way in Dec 2012. My father in law has a farm in Piopio near Hamilton. I've been hunting over there several times, and have a recurve over at their farm. We will be on the North Island near Omokarowa sp?, Tikuiti, New Plymouth and maybe National Park and Wanganui.
I would love to get out. I have been for Fallow near Wanganui and Sika South East of Taupo. I'll be up for anything when I'm there.
Take Care, Gordon

hi kiwi a friend and myself have been hunting with doctari safaris 2 years running at ranfurly .turkeys and goats mainly as there is no trophy fee . seen lots of fallow and reds but he has a trophy fee and the deer are mostly high fence so does not really interest me. i would love to have a crack at some free range deer and any time you want to cross the ditch let me know and i might be able to get you onto some pugs goats or deer
