Never had a serious problem but have found other sources that have better selection and shipping prices. I shoot lighter weight bows and 3rivers does not carry many of the things I need.

3 Rivers is top notch. I do miss the days when I could go up there and browse through the warehouse, no questions asked, and then sit and talk to the employees until the place closed. But I understand it's a business and not a coffee shop. Never had anything but excellent service and great products from them.

Order was shipped to just as ordered. Arrived the day they said it would. Shipping cost seems a bit high, but no trad shops around and gas money to Indiana to pick up the stuff in person would be too expensive. Overall, I am happy with them and will use them again in the future.

I only have great things to say about 3R. All my orders have been delivered incredibly fast and without any harm. And the customer service... excellent! You can't go wrong with 3R.

He was great I had a few questions and he took me out in the shop walked me thru the wood arrow prosess he does and wow I just shaved days off my building ... Then after spendind 600.00 he said hey do you want to shoot any bows??? he took me upstairs and we shot together for awhile he was answering calls and checking on me!!! needless to say I ended up spending 1400.00 total then butt the customer service was so worth it. I did get a chance to meet the owner (Dale) it was a monday and things were crazy there he still took a few minutes to talk with me!!!!! I live in central WISCONSIN and try to split my spending between them and FOOTED SHAFT Lamont is great butt anyways thanks 3-rivers

As I feel the general consensus about three rivers is good I feel I should add to the numbers of cheers. I have never had any problems with three rivers and always received nothing but the finest customer service.

The problem I've had is when ordering the test arrows. the fletching is terrible. called about it and did nothing. Told me to cut the feather and reset.

I would also like to post my loyalty to 3 rivers. Last week I ordered feathers and field tips on Tuesday and had them on Thursday. I didn't do overnight shipping or anything. Now thats service!!
