Whoa, Bernie has a cat (he's older than me in cat years) and he came back from Maine with us - besides I used to have 21 at one time in Hawaii. I love all animals but I really don't need one - sorry, Rick - Scamp would have a trauma - LOL.

Just got back on, can not believe what I have just read about Barb. She was a gifted person and made some beautiful quivers that we shall never forget. While she is gone, as long as we remember her and her work is she really gone? The only reason that I can think of her passing on, is God must need one of her great quivers with fancy beadwork and leather laces!!!!!

You may be right Arraflipper - or perhaps He just figgured she needed his closer embrace.

Kathy, somewhere (back then) I came up with an ash tray that said, "Happy Birthday to you ...and your damn cat." For some reason I always thought that was extremely funny and your statement reminded me of it.

Rick, I wasn't either 'til I met Rose and she showed me how individual, loving, and entertaining they can be. Go to my web site, and then to Bernie's Family Page, and read about Scamp. It might help as he is a real pistol that I "got stuck" with.

Sounds like an appropriate sentiment for something you're gonna be stubbin' cigarettes out in, don't it!

Just got through reading all the wonderfull words from so many of Barb's friends. I heard the news while in CO, and it put a cloud on my day. Barb became a Trad Gang member early on in our infancy, and she had a talent for crafting leather goods that so many have enjoyed. She will be missed.

I'm going to move this one to the Archives 'Classics Forum'.
