Texas first archery season for deer. 1959. That is me on the right and we were all going to Baylor at the time. Bow on the left was Bear and Pearson in the middle. I had painted some GI green fatigues for my camo.

Straitera, I believe its Swineheart (sp?) Not sure where it came from I just copied it and saved it. I thought it was pretty cool.

Well, the picture and composition of it could be better, but this is special to me. It's the only picture I have. My first buck taken with a bow on my birthday in 1972. Taken with a Shakespeare 40# recurve, camo sleeves made from pieces of WWII camoflage parachute that my Dad brought back. My mom and dad gave me the bow for my birthday a few years earlier. Two weeks after this hunt I went to basic training. I still have the bow and will pass it on to one of my grandkids. Gary
