This one has been in the works for a long time now and I am happy say it is complete. I don't do very many hidden tang knives (in fact this is only my second!) so this one is pretty special and unique. All of the fittings are blued mild steel for a nice warm look. The guard and pommel have hammer texturing. The handle is a nice piece of dyed elk antler. The blade has a lightly etched and hand rubbed (1000 grit) finish, it is quite polished it just doesn't show well in pictures. It has a long clip that transitions into a crested spine. The sheath is 11oz veg tan leather with a custom belt stud and a gorgeous Western Diamond Back inlay. This is a HUGE knife, and pictures don't really convey its size. Due to the full flat grind, it balances nicely right at the plunge cut. Anyway, here are the specs.
