Hunted Saturday morning, evening and Sunday morning, evening with one doe spotted. I know its early but would have enjoyed seeing a few more. I hunt private land above 64 in Antigo-buck only area. I did see two bobcats that I have never seen while hunting up there before, pretty cool to see them.

If you're in unit 42, don't expect too much. A couple of us have been hunting there for well over 20 years, and the herd is as low as we've ever seen it. We used to do pretty well, including some nice bucks, but those days are long gone. In the last five seasons, I've seen 5 or fewer DEER during our week-long November hunt in three of the five years, including TWO last year! I don't see it getting much better, but a guy has to keep trying. Good luck!
