What time do the bow building sessions get started on Saturday? Wondering if I can leave early Saturday morning or if I should head up on Friday afternoon.

Had fun, many thanks to the Collins Family for hosting the event. I have a good start on the bow, and the basics for working down a stave. Will continue to shave it down. A good experience that should be attempted at least once by everyone. Lots a younger folks giving it a try too this weekend, which was good to see. A nice event. Thanks to all involved.

Glad you had a good time there Mike. I hope to hear some more about Bow Jam and hopefully some pics too.
No doubt the Collins family has many well deserved thanks coming for hosting this very popular event.

I was looking forward to going and am really disappointed that I had to miss it. Brake line blew on my truck Friday night so I spent my Saturday working on that. Hope to make it next year.

It's hard to make a wooden bow which isn't beautiful, even if it's ugly.
