Hi all,

Just wondering the dates for Bow Jam. We may plan a trip back to Badgerland for it and bring alittle osage.

Pound, WI
A self bow is a type of long bow that is typically made from one piece of wood called a bow stave.
Come and learn how to make a self bow of your own.
A limited number of bow staves will be available to purchase for $20 & up.
All experienced bowyers are encouraged to come and share their knowledge!
Experienced bowyers are strongly encouraged to bring bow staves to sell!

There will be fun for the whole family. There will be information and
discussions on:
How to get started building a self-bow of your own.
How to handle common self bow building problems.
How to make a self bow stave selection, choose bow backings, proper tools and more.
There is equipment and tools available to use for free.
There is a large heated workshop & 160 acres with 3-D shooting course.

Primitive camping available beginning Fri. May 22
Saturday evening there will be a pot luck dinner & campfire, please bring a dish to pass.
Sunday morning there will be a free breakfast & worship.

The Cost is a Free will donation to the
Wisconsin Traditional archers.
What to bring:
Camping gear and warm cloths
Food & beverages for yourself/family
Dish to pass for Sat. evening pot luck
Bows (traditional) and arrows (field/judo points)
Tools (some will be available for use)
