I just joined tradgang and I'm a still kinda new to traditional bow hunting. I'm from central Arkansas. I was curious as to what ARROW is and if I could possibly join y'all?

Arkansans Roaming Round Our Woods. It's where we get together, eat good food, tell stories, and watch deer. I suppose if one of us ever got a good shot, we might eat some deer too, but that remains to be done...
Oct 6 and thereabouts sounds good to me too. I can probably be there Thursday PM or Friday AM and stay till Monday or so.

I will bring my horse trailer thursday,any one can stay in back,it is insulated rubber mattes on floor and clean,if you get there late just throw stuff in back ....if someone will let me know how many will be there I will make some deer chili...

Oct 6 sounds like a good weekend for just about everyone. That is the only weekend I can go so it deffinately works for me.
So Oct 6 it shall be. Crystal Springs Campground at Lake Ouachita.

We'll be glad to have you Rob, we have a real good time. By the way, you won the Hope shoot this weekend just barely, some one I haven't heard of shot a 230 for second place. I came in 5th as usual with a 184.

Check that. I'll be there Sat afternoon. Got a pre-committed benifit run 5k with my daughter. Should take about 19 minutes, then I'll hit the road.

I was looking at ariel maps awhile ago. I'm thinking more and more about this year's hunt.
The date is perfect for me and since I will spend the money I thought I might as well stay a few extra days.
I'm thinking maybe showing up on Weds and leaving the following Weds. Not set in stone yet but putting it out there if anyone else would like to hunt a couple extra days.

Pac I will try and come wednesday and stay till who knows when,if I see deer I might stay a while longer ,going to take my boat up in sepetember and check out some diffrent spots...may be build some ground blinds..
