Got my new grinder yesterday and it has the kubbe attachment. Not really into Middle Eastern food but has nay of you came up with a good use or recipe for using the attachment ? I'm trying to visualize a dough being run thru it and stuffed with ground meat and other ingredients to form a sort of pizza roll or something like that. Any ideas ?
