Got a few pigs last week and finally getting around to cooking some. The ribs I have marinated in a Chinese rib marinade after scoring the meat on top of the ribs. They look and smell amazing. The leg had a seasoning rub and is looking pretty good too.
They have been slow cooking now for 3 and a half hours
